DESCRIPTION:Calling all SUPERHEROES! The JOURNEYS | The Road Home SUPERHERO 5K is coming up on Saturday\, June 27. This is a fun event that's perfect for families. This year we've added a 1 mile course\, a 50 yard dash for kids 8 and under\, a bounce house and a Superhero themed photo booth! For serious runners the course is USATF certified and professionally timed. So whether you want to walk or run\, bring the family or compete for your best 5K time\, the SUPERHERO 5K is where you need to be!\n\n\n\nTo register go to www.journeystheroadhome.org. And don't forget to set up your own personal fundraising page. When your friends\, family and co-workers sponsor you they get to be SUPERHEROES for the Homeless as well! All funds raised go to support the children and families right here in our community who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
